This notice explains what information Eagle's Nest Retreat receives through this website, why we use it, and how you can control optional tracking and email communication.

Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, request a tour, update an email preference, or communicate with us, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, homesite interests, timing, message, tour selection, and communication preferences.
Website activity
We count landing views, page views, video starts, and playback milestones in daily totals even if you do not make a privacy choice or select Essential only. These counts do not store a visitor or session identifier, IP address, full referrer, campaign name, click identifier, or browser details in our activity database. Page views are also grouped by broad traffic source, such as Meta, search, email, or direct. When analytics is allowed by your choices and our regional policy, we may also record interactions, approximate referral source, campaign parameters, browser information, and a randomly generated browser and session identifier. IP addresses used by that optional first-party analytics are converted into a one-way hash rather than stored in their original form.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, arrange property visits, maintain tour rosters, provide requested information, operate and improve the website, understand campaign performance, protect the service, and honor communication preferences.
Email and tour communication
Permission to reply about an inquiry or scheduled tour is separate from permission to send promotional email. We use the marketing preference recorded for each contact to manage optional community and homesite updates. Every campaign email provides a way to unsubscribe or review email preferences.
Analytics and advertising choices
Optional analytics adds visitor-level journeys to basic anonymous counts. Advertising tools may measure campaigns or help us show relevant Eagle's Nest Retreat information on other services. For U.S. visitors, analytics may start automatically under our regional policy; you can turn it off using Privacy choices. In regions where our policy requires prior permission, and when your region is unknown, analytics stays off until you allow it. Advertising requires a separate choice. Do Not Track disables optional analytics and advertising; Global Privacy Control disables advertising. When analytics is permitted, we retain first and most recent tagged campaign sources so an eventual inquiry can be associated with its acquisition campaigns.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website and media, process email, protect forms, measure permitted website activity, and deliver requested functionality. These providers process information for those services under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, securing the service, and honoring unsubscribe requests. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can change optional website tracking from the Privacy choices link in the footer. You can change promotional email preferences from the link in an email or contact us through the website to ask about information associated with an inquiry.
