Website activity
With analytics permission, we may record pages viewed, interactions, approximate referral source, campaign parameters, browser information, and a randomly generated browser and session identifier. IP addresses used by our first-party analytics are converted into a one-way hash rather than stored in their original form.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, arrange property visits, maintain tour rosters, provide requested information, operate and improve the website, understand campaign performance, protect the service, and honor communication preferences.
Email and tour communication
Permission to reply about an inquiry or scheduled tour is separate from permission to send promotional email. We use the marketing preference recorded for each contact to manage optional community and homesite updates. Every campaign email provides a way to unsubscribe or review email preferences.
Analytics and advertising choices
Analytics helps us understand how the website is used. Advertising tools may measure campaigns or help us show relevant Eagle's Nest Retreat information on other services. These tools remain off unless the corresponding choice is enabled. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored where applicable.
